Uninviting, poor customer service. Did not feel comfortable asking questions. I'll find someone else to help plan my upcoming trip rather than spend any money with you.

Nancy at JATS put together a memorable trip to Europe for my mother, her best friend and I. She listened to what we wanted to cover and selected a tour that checked all the boxes. Her attention to details like ground transportation, tours, transfers, etc. made the trip a breeze. She went above and beyond to calm nerves, answer questions and go over every detail face to face. I would recommend using JATS and will call on Nancy & Pam to help plan my next adventure.

Last year make our trip to Greece perfect. Handled all details throughout trip and took all the worry out of the trip, left all the fun! Now making business travel stress a thing of the past. Wonderful to work with!

They have arranged trips to Greece, Italy and Malta for me. Always saved money on combined air and hotel packages with exceptional accommodations.
