took the New York 3 Days in Freedom. the bus was actually combined with passengers that booked the guided tour and those that booked the "in freedom". We went during Independence Day weekend, but we didn't encounter much traffic. Michael, the tour guide, was always punctual. When we departed Montreal, we left without a family onboard (they were still on their way when the bus left). During the ride, Michael was very clear with his instructions of what time to return to the bus, so we were very much on time, or ahead of time. very useful because on the returning day, we didn't have to wait long at all at the customs-he managed to get us there before the other company's bus. hotel was very clean and included a nice breakfast. Looking at the schedule, i saw that it didn't give me much time on the first day to experience NYC. so i was hoping for the hotel to be near public transit so i can commute back on my own. but the hotel is too far that public transit was not a good option. so i used the bus to return to the hotel, which at the end, I was grateful to have rode in comfort. At the end, the tour guide made the experience. He spoke with respect to the customers and the driver. Thank you Michael.

I think it is shameful that this company has not put any notices on either their website or Facebook page about the fact that the Montreal Vacances Sinorama is now ( and has been for a couple of weeks now) under the control of Pricewaterhouse and Cooper due to Sinorama falling foul of how they look after customer deposits for trips. Suggest everyone go to the Pricewaterhouse and Cooper website and search Sinorama and read for yourself. All trips scheduled to leave after September 10th now cancelled. We have had to file a claim with PWC to try and get our money back for a trip book to China. All this and they are still looking to the outside world like they are still in business.

Sure it’s cheap but not worth it. They will rush you through EVERY activity and god they are annoying when you are in the bus the girl keeps talking, talking and talking... we went for a two day toronto specially niagara falls (previously we went with the 3 day) and it was awful we spent 3 HOURS!!! Only in niagara falls. First the IMAX, then the tower and then the boat. After that, we didn’t even had lunch in Niagara Falls... there are TOO many activities (they will ask tou a minimum of two). Sure, Toronto is nice but not worth spending so many hours! Very disappointed and I won’t recommend this, better take a plane, train and book your hotel.
