THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I purchased Ferrari paddock seats for the Montreal Grand Prix in 2019. Due to Covid-19 everything was canceled and locked down. They said they would carry the tickets over to 2020. When the race in 2020 got canceled, I asked for a refund - which prior to that said was an option. No refund happened, and communication stopped from their end. No one answered the phones, Alexandre never answered emails. I had spent just under $34,000 CND for my hotel, tickets, and VIP tickets to the parties. Eventually he sent me $12,000 by cheque and said the remainder would come later once it was past the Grand Prix date. I waited for that date, and nothing arrived and once again they stopped answering emails and calls. It has now been 3 years and I am still waiting for the remainder of my money which is around $18,000. I have my lawyers involved, and when I mentioned to Alex about my lawyers he told me to go ahead and that many others have tried using lawyers and that has not worked for them. (I have documented proof of everything) So if you are someone looking for a F1 experience DO NOT USE THEM!!!! There is no contract, they will lie and make up “$6000 admin fees”, they will never return your money, and they don’t have any remorse or empathy for the people they’ve screwed over.

I had been more than pleased using Formula Tours for the 2017, ' 18 & '19 Canadian GP's. For the 2020 Canadian GP, as required, I put down a deposit of $1,000 (CAD). As we know, Covid hit & the 2020 Canadian Grand Prix was cancelled. Contact Alexandre Savoie stated the deposit could be transferred over to the 2021 Canadian Grand Prix but again, the race was cancelled due to Covid. Alexandre informed me my deposit could be transferred over for the 2022 Canadian Grand Prix. I suffered a medical situation which prevented me from attending the 2022 Canadian GP & Alexandre stated, due to the circumstances, a refund would be forthcoming, but it would be shortly after the 2022 Canadian GP. This weekend, the Italian GP is being held & I am still waiting for said refund. emails have gone unanswered while phone calls initially were not answered, even though messages were left. Now a young female answers the phone & states she will pass on the message. She has passed on my message regarding my refund to Alexandre Savoie at least 6 times & I have yet to hear from him regarding my promised refund. Formula Tours are nothing but a scam! Be aware of whom you are dealing with; they are quick to TAKE your money, but when it comes to refunds, I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional person or company! You most certainly take your chances when dealing with Alxandre Savoie & Formula Tours. There are many other tour groups offering package deals to grand prix's around the world. Deal with one of them; avoid at all cost Alexandre Savoie & Formula Tours or SportVac Tours.
