Very BAD experience with Air Canada Vacations with our last vacation. We were caught by the snow storm of January 13 2018 no fault of the air line or ACVac. We missed our connection flight at Pearson. The TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service was trying to contact Air Canada Vacations to see what they can do and what are our options are. Called all their lines and waited for hours on hold to finally hanging up. We were flying out on a week end so their office close at 5:00 PM and even their SUPPOSEDLY emergency numbers were never answered. The MORAL of this story is NEVER FLY with Air Canada Vacations AGAIN. There is NO service while you are in transit. Air Canada customer service cannot do anything with you Air Canada Vacations is a separate and independent company that is basically a travel agency. Fortunately there was a flight going out the next day and we were able to board it, but no thanks to Air Canada Vacation. Never again!!!!!

Booked an all inclusive through Air Canada Vacations. There is an issue with the charges for the seat reservation. I've tried on numerous occasions to contact customer service but after waiting on the phone for over 1-1/2 hours I gave up! Worst customer service ever experienced. I also called the direct line in Montreal and they say they cannot help me. Last time booking with them.

So far, the service has been mediocre at best. I've been trying to call over the last few days. On hold for 25+ minutes is pretty ridiculous now a days. They don't respond to requests through a travel agent we've been using. The prices fluctuate like the stock market. It's kind of insane. I've never realized it was like that. Hopefully our faith will be renewed as we approach the date of our trip.

Worst Airline ever. I’m very disappointment with Air canada. They lost my luggage twice. My flights always been delayed. They should change their name from Air canada to Air delayed.

Went to check in at Air Canada in August at Pierre Trudeau. They said that I had called earlier to change our flight to an earlier one and that we had missed our flight. I said this is a lie and I asked them whom had called and how much did the switch cost because at Air Canada everything costs. In the end after much discussion, they looked at a number of alternative routes, finally found one routing us through Paris. I did not even get to sit with my wife. I think Air Canada sucks and is a penny pinching airline.
