Kelly has been cutting my hair for over 15 years, and now my children's hair. He is the only person my daughters trust with their haircuts. He is kind, attentive, and extremely talented. Everyone I have sent to Kelly has been so happy with their cuts. I highly recommend this salon.

Wow, I could not disagree more about the terrible reviews! He should have 5 star rating by far. I have been going to Kelly for close to 10 years. Every time I have gone in there I feel like royalty. The service has always been top notch. The staff would take my coat hang it up for me and would ask if I would like a beverage or anything else they can do for me. I have seen both Kelly and a few of his staff and I know that he hires only the best. I have always come out of there looking and feel so wonderful in my new doo. I always let him do his thing, which he is quite the artist with hair. So talented in knowing just what would suit me best. My Mom and I have sent lots of people to his salon and they have been really happy. I would HIGHLY recommend Zarka salon to anyone and ignore these ridiculous reviews.

Had my hair done on October 3rd. Over the phone and in person I explained that I wanted , well blended, very thin, baby lights. (Small highlights) that started a little bit away from the roots in a blended/grown out way so that it would not look like I needed my roots done a week from then. I also requested a silver toner. I have had this done to my hair for years but never at this salon. It’s never been an issue for a hair stylist to understand “baby lights” Many people I’ve known for years recommended this salon so I went in with high hopes. I paid 210$ For half a head of STREAKS that look like I pulled them through a plastic cap in my bathroom at home with a frosted kit. Nikki admitted that the toner did not work on my hair the first appointment however did not take that off the original price. So it was not silver or was yellow/white I went home upset but tried to take a few days to style it differently, and hopefully get used to it as it wasn’t what I had asked for but it was expensive. I called back 5 days later and explained my issue. Nikki agreed with no problem or hesitation that she would fix my hair and blend it for me .( I felt that she knew it was chunky ) I was looking forward to having it fixed however they informed me she could not fix it until the 17th. That’s fine, no problem. I paid a lot so I will wait to have it fixed.. I sit down in the chair and not only does Nikki start to argue with me about how I would like it fixed telling me I should have explained better the first time and that she’s going to make it darker not lighter ... but she also starts giving me heck about how it’s been over a week now and usually they wouldn’t fix it for free because it’s been so long that my hair is “different” now ... (She was not fixing it for free I paid 50$ for the fix) I was so uncomfortable I didn’t even know what to say... Nikki’s idea of fixing my chunky streaks were to pick out the dark parts and bleach those also. She put about 5 foils on each side of my head and left it at that. My hair looks the same now as it did before and cost me over 250... I now have hair that is too damaged to fix again any time soon .. that I am unhappy with. I would not go to this salon unless you are booked with the owner.
