I love chatters and I absolutely adore Meg! She is an amazing person and a very talented hair stylist. I would never ever go to anyone but her.

Although prices are fair, hairdressers are not that great. I came in for a haircut and I kept trying to tell her what I wanted and she would not listen. I ended up with full bangs when I asked for a small portion of blended side bangs.

My daughter and I both really like going to Kaity F at Summit Chatters location. She is an awesome stylist and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

One of your stylists did a wonderful job the other day with fixing what another stylist couldn't do. I was frustrated and in the end, the other stylist just didn't know enough about color. In any case, I"m very happy with my hair. I have been going to Chatters since I moved here almost three years ago, and my only slight criticism would be with respect to styling. I always bring a hair clip or something like that to put in my hair afterwards because I never get a good style with my service. I make sure I have nothing else to do after an appointment but go home as a result. I think that when someone drops over $200 they should leave with their hair looking like a million bucks! Part of the problem is that the stylists never want to use any product, so I leave with limp flat hair. I have seen ladies come in specifically for a style for a special even perhaps, and leave with a lovely do, but I think every service should come with that level of style.

Jayme is fantastic! She always does a great colour. It is so nice when Chatters gives free product included with the price of a colour. Chatters has some of the best prices in the city for hair product. Prices are quite reasonable compared to other salons.
