This place can't cut long thick hair ! Every time I come I have to get it fixed and I want a trim or dusting and I loose 5 inches and spend a whole year trying to grow it back only to have it hacked again! So disappointing when you spend good money around $70 or more only to leave in tears and feeling like you have to go buy extensions to try to get the length you worked so hard to grow! You spend lots of money on shampoos , oils and conditioner to keep it healthy but have to use heat to make your hair look decent and cover up the night mare of a hair cut! You think with so many older stylists they would no what they are doing! Instead you get evil looks for jumping out of a chair because you don't want it looking worse then the damage already done ! To boot I still had to pay $50 dollars even though I lost my beautiful hair! I'm grateful for the lady who came in on her day off to fix my hair and I gave her $20 for coming in on her day off how ever I'm still not happy with the look! I can't braid it or do anything with it unless I curl it or put it in a messy bun so who knows how many years it will take for my hair to grow back with future heat damage! I think next time I'm better off going to magic cuts or even a barber cuz at least tears would be cheaper !They tried to give me extensions and they don't even fit or match my hair ! So choked at this place my hair was down to my waist ! I only gave them a star for giving me extensions but I can't even use them ! 4 woman worked on my hair and they made it worse every time! They can't even curl hair ! Just an over all bad experience and I would never recommend them for anything! It's bin over a month and I still cry !

Great staff, great salon, reasonable prices. They always make me feel welcome and the atmosphere is relaxing.

This is the second and last time I will ever go here. I told them not to use toner on my hair as it turns it yellow. They did both times even after I said not to and I have yellow hair again! I don’t have this problem anywhere else. When you ask for blond and your hair is already light you expect it to be blonde Not yellow!
