I was looking for a salon who would give me a good haircut. After reading the reviews for Zoom online, I decided to give them a try. My first impression of the salon was small, cute and trendy. I was met by Angela who is a very nice girl. She greeted me, offered me a tea and we took some time to discuss what I wanted. Deciding to get bangs when you have long one length hair is scary, especially if it goes wrong. Angela is a young professional who really nailed it for me. Shes trendy, and she is good. I will be back!!!!

This place is great! Their products are more natural (not 100%?) so there are no toxic smells. I arrived early and Angie was able to take me right away. She did a really great job and is a lovely person!

Great salon, wonderful staff. I get my hair done by Ivy and couldn't be happier. I recommend their services for sure. Also a great location, close to transit, and conveniently walkable if you live in Downtown New West.

I love Zoom Hair Salon and Natalia. Natalia is a beautiful, caring and creative person who takes the time to really listen to her clients about what they want for their hair and then give them exactly what they’re looking for. She also gives excellent suggestions for those times where I’m not 100% sure. Highly recommend!
