I've been having my hair done at Alpha and Omega since I was old enough to get haircuts. Wonderful service every time I visit Pam and her team, she even helped me donate my hair twice to make wigs for children experiencing chemo therapy/cancer treatments. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and is so kind in every interaction. I'm proud to tell people where I get my hair done, and I'm proud to support a business like Pam's. Keep up the good work!

Alpha-Omega salon is a really Great place for men or women to get a hair cut or style as well as many other services. They are very professional and personal with their clients. The owner, Pam, is the stylist that cuts my hair. She does such an amazing job that I drive to the ironwood area of Richmond, from Langley, just to get my hair cut here! Very friendly people and reasonable prices too! I highly recommend this place.

This salon has and will always be my number 1 place to get my hair done. In contrast to the review by the dark haired lady, I have been getting my hair ombrÃ©d for many years and Pam is a very talented hairdresser especially with dye. In my opinion, I donâ€™t think ombrÃ© works the best on people with darker hair. I recently got ombrÃ© done to my hair once again and Pam did the best job, it looked absolutely stunning. I completely fell in love with it. If I were unhappy with the final product, Iâ€™m confident Pam would do everything possible to fix it the way I want it because of how professional she is. I absolutely love the owner, Iâ€™ve been getting my hair cut and dyed here ever since my hair started growing. Pam and her team are all amazing at what they do. Pam helped me with donating my hair to make wigs for children with cancer. I highly suggest this hair salon. Everyone that works here are so welcoming and kind, Iâ€™ve enjoyed every visit Iâ€™ve made!

The owner of the salon is really nice but she royally messed my hair up. I specifically showed her a picture of an ombrÃ© I wanted and asked if she could do it and she said yes. It took her 5 minutes to literally SLAP on fools with ONE colour (didn't blend it at ALL), and my hair turned out horrid. It looked like I literally dipped my hair in bleach. I told her to fix it right away but all she did was dye it back darker. My hair still looks like I dipped it in bleach and she STILL charged me 75$. She told me to come back for her to fix it the next week but I lost my trust and will not be going back there again. Now I have to spend $200 to get it fixed by a professional. The owner of Alpha and Omega (Pam) has the title "colour specialist" on her business card and I definitely think she needs more experience in techniques for modern styles.
