Big 5 stars for Devon who I’ve been going to for years, he’s changed salons a couple times and I go where he goes. Back when he was first cutting my hair he was doing high faded sides and long top for me. Now my hair is shoulder length and he does blonde highlights and base softening for me. Now I mean if he’s kept me so happy from one extreme hair style to a totally different direction including countless great colour experiences you know he must be good! An average stylist wouldn’t have been able to keep up with the changes I wanted over the years but Devon always was one step ahead of me with what he could deliver. Really awesome person too! Devon you Rock!

In opinion I would NOT recommend this salon. I use to be a client of Suki's nothing special,never liked my color,cuts.Very poor customer service,your forced to spend your hard earned money at their salon when a customer is unhappy. Indirectly you are Forced for redo's,instead of a refund where you can go where ever the customer wants.Re do's in color damage your hair within 2 weeks. I went to another salon and got what my money's worth great haircut,no stress,fuss or redo's this hairdresser knows her stuff.At Suki's always issues of some sort.Over rated really this salon. NO and NO I do not recommend this over priced salon. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Candice would not book an appt because I was being accused of not paying,which was untrue. After looking into the matter I had to cut/paste from my bank account info, so you ppl could see I had paid that is nonsense BS to put a customer through all that. had to prove I had paid. Then Sukie was willing to book but I was not interested in doing business with them any more.

I have been seeing Albana for my colour since 2009! She is THE BEST colourist around. She is a senior colourist at Suki's and there is a reason why. My colour is amazing and i constantly get complimented. I moved to London, UK a few years ago and in London i could not find a colourist who could match Albana and again, in London i was always complimented, even by hairdressers who asked:"Where did you get your colour done!?!" When i returned to Vancouver i was excited to see her regularly again. Now that i am in Toronto, you better believe that on my regular visits to Vancouver for work, i will be getting my colour done with Albana. I will be seeing her for many years to come. Run, don't walk for an appointment with her. Shes also the sweetest most down to earth individual you will ever meet!

It was my first time here last week and it's the nicest salon I've been to. I was given a tour by one of the front desk ladies the moment I got in. I love that there are two different specialists for cut and color. They both did a fantastic job!

I hadn't been to Suki's in years, as my hairstylist Ricki-Lee left the country, I was then a regular client, she was the best. I had called in last week to set up an appointment at the same location Ricki-Lee worked at, I mentioned I was her previous client and I was looking for something with same style to cut my hair. The female that picked up the phone stated he was new with the company and didn't know Ricki-Lee but she was going to ask senior staff, who they would recommend. She comes back on the phone, and looked up my file, stated she can tell that Ricki-Lee needed extra time for my haircut and that she left recommendations for me to see Silvia, who was not available But their sr. staff recommended me to see one of their Jr's that had same style as Silvia. Here I was confident, that I was being well taken care of, that was not the case, coming my appointment this week, I got this hair cut, which was 1950's hair bop, (so disappointed), nothing at all that I asked for. the stylist even asked if I wanted my hair to be able to do a pony tail, I said yes, I tried to put it in a pony tail since, it looks like my small dog's rat tail (horrible). I paid my $75 plus bill, told the front lady how disgusted I was from the 1950's hair cut that I never asked for. so disappointed and upset how they mix matched their recommendations on the stylist they picked for my hair style. Literally went home and cried. my trust is broken from this experience.
