Went in for a fade on the back and sides with some length off the top. Was told they couldn't get as close as I wanted because they didn't have the razor. The cut itself was quite rushed, only 10mins with no touch up at all. I didnt realize how uneven and unfinished it was until I got home because my head was still wet and combed over when it was done. I had to have my girlfriend remove all the hair that was missed and there was alot. like there was still 3inch hairs around my ears on both sides and remember.... i got a fade... its hard to miss that. I paid 53 dollars for the cut. I feel bad to have to write this review because the staff are so nice. And I can empathize with the fact that they are short handed. But in the end I have to present my experience objectively and unfortunately it wasn't great.

There’s a lovely lady that works there named dakota I think it’s the best costumer service I’ve ever had hands down if it wasn’t for her my day would have been bad

Lately been going here for my haircuts. Had Jenna this time, did a nice job on my cut.

I went in to get my hair done. I had mix of ash blonde and orange in my hair I talked to the lady and told her I wanted all my hair to be ash blonde or at least get rid of the orange I wasn't expecting major change but some change at least. She assured me that she can get it done. Once done I looked in the mirror it was same color even worse orange got mixed with purple violet from the original ash blonde that was there. She kept saying she can't do anything else that's all she can do. I've never gone into a salon and got this kind of result. I always get at least close to what I want but this time it was the worse I've ever gotten my hair looks like I went to a dollar store and got a box of hair dye from there and put it all over my hair. I don't know how I'm gonna get it redone now over the holidays. On top of all that they lady starting yelling in the end when I told her I wanted to talk to the manager she said I'm the manager and now you can get out. Don't go there unless you don't care about your hair.
