Not really happy

So went to chatters in Brandon for my first hair cut in 2 years the girl that cut my hair was lovely. I don’t really have a problem with the cut but she didn’t dry it she didn’t style it I went home with wet hair I did tell her I didn’t want it curled I have curly hair just for her to do it natural which I thought meant scrunched dry I guess to her it meant doing nothing I gave her a tip and then went to pay and was shocked to find out a no frills cut cost me $47 wow never again will i go there and I will b sure to call around and ask cost first

Online booking was a breeze, was able to get the date and time I wanted. Only wish they allotted more time for a Long Cut and Style.

Very friendly staff. Clean and bright! Won a free hair cut that I used for kiddo and she loved it!

Everything was good, until the manager got her nose in my business. I was just trying to buy some trimmers and beard stuff, dealing with this nice girl, and then this bully of a manager interrupted us so she could boss the poor girl around, in front of me and embarrassed her. She could have waited for 5 minutes and i would have been gone. AND then the manager has the balls to hit on me on my way out the door.. i don't think so, i don't like rude bullies.

Friendly knowledgeable fairly priced. Love that they have a system that remembers what you purchased

In there for five minutes, stylist couldn’t even be bothered to talk to my daughter while we were in there. $20 for a five year old to get a cut that took a whopping 5 minutes? Won’t be back!
