They were able to get me in for a trim last minute and did a great job. Attention to detail and care was excellent. I highly recommend Regis in Brandon to anyone needing anything hair related.

The haircolourist never listens to your request and always does what she wants. I wanted pale blonde but got light brown hair. They really need to be trained on listening. If I'm spending +200 to get my hair done, I'd better be the colour i want.

Horrible experience. I had natural black hair when I went in and wanted to dye it a light brown. The hair dresser bleached my hair and decided to do what she wanted, rather than what I wanted. She toned my hair afterwards and it was ORANGE!! I asked her what this was and she thought it looked good. I still had to pay, went to another hair place to get a correction done, as I did not want orange hair. Another time I went in, I wanted my hair to be thinned. Worst mistake. They thinned my hair all wrong, as the hair dresser made the back to be textured more short, than the front, so now my hair looks messed in a ponytail. I switched hair places, and never got my hair thinned again, as it’s still horrible when put into a ponytail length wise. I am not impressed and I highly recommend, no one goes to this place to get their hair done.

I bought some shampoo and conditioner only. It was a very quick trip.
