I love my appointments with Emma! She is an excellent aesthetician and the salon is lovely, welcoming and professional!

Worst Eperience Ever! Jane and her team are unprofessional and rude. I am new to Winnipeg and was told Jane was good with curly hair. Clearly not. I waited a month to be told she could not cut my two daughters hair even though I explained to the receptionist exactly what was needed. My children are so dissapointed. She kicked my 6 year old out of the chair before even starting . I would never reccomend Jane or her salon.

I love this salon. They are all very friendly and they are very welcoming. I am never sure of what I want, as far as my hair is concerned. They are all willing to give advice and ideas of what will look good. I trust them completely. I leave there with my new hairdo and feel very relaxed and pampered.

Worst experience ever. I went to this salon when I first moved to Winnipeg August 2018 I was so embarrassed to say how much I hated my hair when it was done. My husband was so mad that he marched me back into their salon and demanded they fix it or refund. See photos. They would NOT refund. Instead the owner tried to fix it and ended up damaging it so badly that much of my hair broke. It’s been months since I went there and obviously won’t return. I have been scared to go anywhere else in Winnipeg until today (which prompted me to write this review)
