Got my hair colored here and the woman didnt seem to know what she was doing. I came in for a consultation first and we discussed what I wanted and how she would do it. First red flag was that when she cut my hair on the same day, I asked for a Bob and she kept trying to talk me out of it. I would ask her to take a few more inches off and she would tell me she thinks its short enough. Second red flag was on the 2nd day when I came in for colour. She had previously had some difficult blue dyed over her bleached blonde bangs and had since coloured it a neon pink having told me that she bleached out the blue. Stylists know that bleach on bleach is dangerous and you should never attempt that. Then when we started the bleaching on my own hair, she left it on me nearly hour and left me under the drier until another stylist had to tell her to wash it out of my hair. Clearly she doesn't know what she's doing. Red flag four was that when we had discussed the colour I wanted I had told her some teal with purple streaks. Instead she gave me green with fuscia underneath and then told me "one color is boring anyways". Who cares!? Its my hair! By the time she was finished my hair had patches that didnt even take colour and she'd gotten it all over my face. One of the major questions I had asked her during consultation was whether or not she thought it could be done and she had assured me up and down that we could lift the shade of my natural hair enough to color it the colour I wanted. It wasn't the cokour I wanted, nor did it resemble the colour I wanted and in the end my hair was crunchy and fried.

I used to love going there. But lately whenever I tried calling to make an appointment it just goes right to voice mail.
