Absolutely fantastic salon! The lads and gals are all so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They offer a wide variety of products and services, and their prices are fantastic. I've been going to Steff for months and won't let anyone else touch my hair - she definitely knows her stuff! Top notch service!

So... the young woman who worked with my hair on my last visit was a absolute doll. She was very helpful ... as I didn't even know what I wanted all I do know is that I would like to have some blonde foils cut the split ends out and perhaps a little bit of pink or purple underneath. I walked out of there with a smile on my face and a beautiful head of hair ( blonde ombre foils. And on one side of my head she put a peak a boo with pink in front of my ear and purple in the back) And on the opposite side she did the opposite!! :) as in this time purple in front of my ear and pink in the back. I love it. Only cons to it were the following: 1) when asked roughly how long to expect from start to finish I was told no more then2 houts. .... I had someone waiting on me to finish but once three and a half hours passed by . Myself and my partner were starting to get impatient. As we had other things to do and only so long before they closed. Also in my opinion for a half head of foils and a couple peekaboos I didn't expect the total to exceed even $200 in in fact it totaled close to $350 :O Also. Due to the fact myself and my partner had other things we had to get done before they close if we had have been told it would take over 3 hours close to 4 hours we would have chose a different day to do so or made an appointment to come back on a different day. But other than that I love my new hair the lady was very sweet and I'm sure the prices are the prices of the studio itself not of not what she would charge personally

Despite being shown a picture, the stylist still took needless and unprompted liberties and arrived a hairstyle completely removed from what was originally intended.
