Until I found this gem while traveling for work I used to go get my hair done whenever I could find time and this was one of those places I stopped in on one morning between work appointments to see if I could get done in the evening, and I was lucky to be squeezed in. You're greeted immediately, they give you a robe to prevent colour transfer to your clothes, they offer coffee or tea or water as refreshment and have snacks on hand too. I love my colourist, she does a fantastic job and the one time I had an issue with my colour, she made sure to fix it & that has won my loyalty! They also have a nail salon right next door so it is your one stop beauty shop!! Love it!

Loved it both times I've gone. Everyone's very welcoming & kind. Always offering you to sit or asking if you need anything. Jenn does all my waxing and we get along so well! Love going there.

Not sure what happened with Jenn C but the girl who replace her and did my brow waxing today ripped my eyelid... so unprofessional and the other girl from customer service comfort her saying "she'll be all right and not to worry!!!"
