I would recommend Tryst Hair to anyone! I've been coming to see Sue since 2009 when she was recommend to me for being the best colorist in the Hamilton/Burlington area by another salon owner. Sue did my hair for my wedding all those years ago, bridesmaids too and her work is OUTSTANDING! I'm so pleased every time I leave with her skills, not every hairdresser I've seen is good with fine hair. I'm relieved Tryst hair is back open after revolving Covid lockdowns and they are there to stay! Thank you Sue!!

I have been a client of Tryst’s for many years and there is nowhere else I would go to have my hair styled.

Julie, one of the hairstylists, is lovely! Very warm and good at her craft and deserves a 5 star. Unfortunately, the owners of Tryst are quite a different matter. They demonstrated discrimination and arrogance with no professionalism when trying to explain my plight. As I was leaving the salon, one of the owners continued to bad-mouth me to another customer instead of perhaps, trying to come to an understanding with me and make things right. I hope this review helps to make them better business owners as they must be suffering somewhat during this extraordinary time.

I came in a month ago and the owner braided my hair quite beautifully. I went in first thing this morning at 9 to ask if they could remove my extensions. They said yes and gave me an appointment for 1215pm. I walked in at 1210pm, they sat me in a chair and proceeded to tell me my appointment will be delayed by one hour. Unacceptable and they should have let me know especially considering that I am a healthcare professional
