I love this place! The staffs are always so friendly and go above and beyond to make every visit a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable experience. All the ladies always do a beautiful job with my eyebrows, and Helina always makes sure I am comfortable and does a fantastic job at my waxing appointments! I also buy all my hair products from this place, they have wonderful hair products for all types. Thank you ladies for amazing customer service and for a great job.

I have been going here to get my eyebrows done for years and they’re usually awesome.. one of the girls there today that did my eyebrows did a horrible job! A lot of the girls will wax and also thread the little “in grown hairs” I would have and one time even got a full on forehead massage! This time she just waxed them plucked a little and that was it. Did not trim them nor threaded them! Very disappointed!!

I have been going to this location for almost a year now. Not a single time did i walk away disappointed. The girl i go to she is absolutely amazing at her job and i would highly recommend her. Whoever goes to this trade secrets location ask for Majdo. She used to work at Guelph location for a little bit and i still went out of my way to get my eyebrows done by her. Anyone else will DESTROY your eyebrows.
