Did not love this place. My hair ended up getting cut much shorter than I asked, and I wasn't entirely satisfied with the final result. There were two girls working there besides the owner and the dynamic was really weird. The owner bossed them around and they moved like zombies. But they kept switching jobs. One of them washed my hair and then the other one came over to dry it. And one of them would start a job but would get told to stop so the other one could do it. Another customer was leaving for vacation that day and one of the zombie girls made a visible mistake on her facial treatment. The owner just kinda laughed about it but the girl was upset knowing what she was going to look like in all her vacation pics. It was all a little too awkward for me, I likely won't be back.

Horrible experience. Booked two appointments for myself and my daughter and when we got there found out that we were both booked in with the same stylist at the same time. My 1:30 apt turned into a 2:30 apt because she also had another client she needed to finish before starting me and my daughter. Then in the midst of juggling me and my daughter she starts with another client, all while both me and my daughter still had colour in our hair. My daughter was left with her head tipped in the sink for an hour and then put under the dryer to dry her hair while my hair was cut. Neither of us got the colour we asked for, but what do you expect when the stylist is juggling multiple colour apts at the same time. Our previous experience was positive, but after today I will never return.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Thank you Sue for fixing my damaged hair and correcting a perm gone wrong. Love my cut, love my curls! Won't make the mistake of going anywhere else. Oh, and she did a great job on my eyebrows! THANK YOU!!!

Love this place! I've been a few times with my mom when I was younger. However recently I started going every couple of months because my hair was completely dead and needed life back into it again. Sue the owner has treated it and taken care of my hair so well that I have been able to watch my hair grow and become healthy again. I have gotten my prom hair done by sue and my graduation hair done by Chelsea and have been amazed both times with their work. I highly recommend this place and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Customer service is great as well! They are always making sure that you are okay and comfortable while they are doing your hair and they always have a conversation with you which is also nice. I am always extremely happy and confident with my hair after every appointment I have here! AMAZING!

Sue did a wonderful job on my hair. My hair was a real mess with over process highlights. She color it, put toner on it, also gave me an angle bob, hair is starting to look heathy again. My new to go salon.
