I went for the haircut and even after the appointment I kept waiting. The lady who works here is super arrogant and it seemed as if she is partial and discriminatory for some reason. She gave her damn attitude as if I was getting the hair treatment and the haircut done for free, or I took something without her concern that belonged to her. There is a boy who is a fresher, started learning work, might be on training as well and the lady asked him to does the job even though he mentioned that he is not a pro and he was hesitant to chop my hair. The lady knew that the boy is going to perform his experiment on my hair, and every time he asked something, she replied that remember how you trimmed someone’s beard last day, that’s how it is supposed to be done. I mean, she did not have the common sense of understanding that women hair are different than men’s beard, there is no comparison to what she said. Trimming beard and cutting long hair are two different things ma’am. In between the haircut the boy asked for help and begged the lady to fix my hair and then as other customers were there too, she came and pretended to cut some hair from the front. I did not experience such bad service until now but I recommend that no one should visit this store. They literally disrespected me, my time. **NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER**
