I’ve now been to this salon twice, and both experiences were absolutely incredible. The first time I came in, I already had a great experience, but this second visit was right before my wedding, so I was honestly really nervous about coloring and cutting my hair. I also had hair extensions that arrived incorrectly and were final sale, which added even more stress. Anthony and Angela went above and beyond from the very beginning. They did a phone consultation with me first, then took the time to meet with me in person to talk through a plan. They were both absolutely spectacular. They explained the entire process, double-checked everything with me, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I don’t know much about hair extensions or the technical side of coloring and cutting, so I really relied on their expertise. I showed them what I was planning for my wedding hair, and they helped guide me on what would work best in terms of color, length, texture, and style. The end result was exactly what I wanted honestly even better. The attention to detail is beyond a 10/10. Everyone in the salon is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can genuinely feel that they care about their clients and take pride in their work. Both times I visited, they took their time and never rushed the process, even though I was the last person to leave the salon. I’ve been to other salons in the past where I paid two or three times as much and left with completely botched hair. That is absolutely not the case here. The pricing is very fair, and the quality of work and care you receive is amazing. I’m honestly so thankful they took the time to make sure my hair looked beautiful for my wedding. The patience, the strand testing, checking in constantly to make sure I liked everything, and helping guide decisions along the way made such a difference. I’ll actually be moving out of Hamilton soon, but I would genuinely drive back here no matter where I live. They’ve absolutely earned a lifelong client. If you’re looking for a new salon or just haven’t found the right place yet, I can’t recommend them enough. Anthony, Angela, and the whole team are incredible. Thank you so much!!! I’ve been going to Salon DiSalvo for close to 10 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else. Anthony DiSalvo is my go-to -- he listens, gives great suggestions, and always nails the cut and style. I leave feeling fresh every single time. Joe, Misha, the other Anthony, and Angela are also fantastic -- friendly, professional, and clearly care about their clients. The whole team creates a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere, and you can tell they take pride in their work and their salon. Whether it’s a regular cut or a bit of a change-up, I always know I’m in good hands at Salon DiSalvo. Highly recommend.

Best experience I have had at a hair salon. They've corrected mine and my friends hair that was ruined from other salons! At Salon Di Salvo, they take the time to ask you the right questions to give you exactly what your looking for while offering suggestions to ensure that they take proper care with your colour or cut. I am brunette, decided I wanted to be a bit more of a biscuit blonde but keeping the root so it still looks natural when it grows out. When my colour was finished... it couldn't have been more right! It was perfect, and continues to be perfect every time! They always offer you a nice hot coffee, cappucino etc. when you go and they treat you like they have known you for years. The experience is always very welcoming and warming to be in. My husband used to drive to his barber in Mississauga which was a bit to far, I recommended he come to Salon Di Salvo and he has loved it ever since. Anthony C did an updo for me for a wedding one time. It was AMAZING. Anthony Di Salvo always does my colour and cut. Misha assisted him the last time and she was adorable! She did a great job applying and checking the colour for proper timing. I could go on and go, but at the end of the day, you won't be disappointed!

Anthony is wonderful! I love my new haircut and the experience was lovely. Anthony was so kind and attentive to my shy and nervous daughter at her first salon cut. My treatments were done with care, despite the fact that I was using a gift certificate; that has not always been the case at other salons when I have been receiving a discount. We will be back for our next maintenance cuts!

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The team was incredibly detailed with my highlights — they made sure my hair came out bright, fresh, and that my roots were fully covered. They took their time to make everything perfect. They also educated me on how to properly take care of my hair, which I really appreciated. Anthony and Angela are truly gifted with hair — their skill and eye for detail really show in their work. On top of that, they made me feel completely comfortable and at home the entire time I was there. They listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure my haircut was just right. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back!
