We took our 13 yr old daughter for a hair cut. The staff looked like they had just rolled out of bed. No one looked well put together, seemed completely disinterested in taking any customers. We showed a picture of what my daughter wanted and they had to discuss in a group how to do it. My daughter has a simple straight bob right now and wanted it cut shorter so it was off the back of her neck with some layers. It concerned us the amount of time was going into the discussion so we said thanks but no thanks and left.

Love going into the salon and getting my hair done. Never have an issue getting an appointment when I need one and my hair always turns out amazing, even when I go in not 100% sure with what I want. Alexis is the only hairdresser I've actually kept around and she always does an amazing job with my hair.

My 15yr old daughter was quoted $100 to lighten her hair and add a few tips. During the entire process Alexis, the hairdresser kept changing her mind now saying that it would be a light brown with purple tips instead. She also charged her for her own mistakes as Alexis said she could do what my daughter originally wanted, she then realized that it was not going to work. Still charged her though! But when u start taking advantage of a kid by asking her if she wants purple instead of the original color and then asks if she wanted product in her hair and to style it for her....ALL WITHOUT TELLING HER SHE WAS BEING CHARGED.She didn't know anyways we found a bunch of bleach spots throughout her scalp. They are yellow, then she left the actual bleach that crusted up behind her ear. My daughter got done before we got there and she was charged $214 and she's got leopard spots all over. Calling Consumer Affairs and the college of apprentice and trades ....all they had to do is refund her so she could get it fixed.
