Worst customer service!!! Went for a hair cellophane and spent 20 mins trying to explain to the lady the color outcome I wanted. She keeps pushing another color because she said the one that I wanted wanted won’t work on my hair. I said I’ve been coloring my hair for years and I usually use a lighter color to achieve the color that I wanted as my hair is dark. I found out she keeps pushing a different color as the one I wanted is not available! She even told me that if I want lighter then she should bleach it. She simply doesn’t put into consideration what I wanted. Then the guy hairdresser said it’s taking too long and I should come back tomorrow. Would not recommend this Salon! Will never go back!!! They only care about putting you on the chair, getting your hair done and that’s it, even if it’s not the outcome you wanted. You cannot even complain after because they simply don’t understand!!!

Kinda hard to review. Price is definitely right here. Cut, color and style all included in the price of the coloring. The salon buzzes with clients any day any time. Stylists are fast and they usually are very skilled. Its better you get to know the stylist so you get the end results you really want. I really like my stylist and her quality of work but not all of them have my stylist experience or skills. English is not first or even 5th language here, they barely speak any english. Chinese is what they speak in between themselves. Altogether good salon, good prices but not a high class salon.

Saw the reviews and thought that it could live up to the 4 star standard. Was extremely disappointing. Showed a picture of a style and the lady completely sabotages it. Was excited to get a nice cut right before vacation but now hair is completely ruined. By the time I'm out, I've realized that both sides are not even. These people do not know how to cut hair. Period. Lastly, they still have the decency to charge, despite the fact that she knows she made a huge screw up.

It was crowded inside, and I had to wait around 5 minutes before a seat opened up. My actual haircut was quick, and very little talking occurred (minimal English) as the only thing I had to say was how I wanted my hair to look. The haircut came out looking pretty good, so overall I was pretty satisfied. Good price too.
