They cut my hair so quickly, but it's beautiful! I love the atmosphere, the service, and the recommendations they made for my hair. I look like a new person!

i like coming to this place because it's elegant and professional. its a bit overprice for the haircut but its worth it because of the treatment.

My go to haircut! Friendly and professional hairdresser. Unfortunately, my hairdresser recently moved to different company. But my new hairdresser is great, fun, and also fast!

I’ve been to Sora about three times for haircut, the previous experience was great. However, a few days ago I wanted to dye my hair to grayish-blue color. I have never dye my hair before and my hair is natural black, maybe darker than normal people. My stylist, Rose Kang, bleached my hair first, which was an awful experience, I think she bleached my hair roots so that I was really painful, my scalp tingles very much for that 25 minutes. After dying the color, it seems there was no change from my natural black hair. I have only washed once right now after dying, there was not even a little bit of blue showing up, but turning to ash color. Maybe they should reconsider their service and professionals, two of the other stylist were whispering about my hair( in Korean), which I can tell they know how bad is my hair. I spend 290+tax in total with this awful experience, I hope everyone could see this comment before going to Sora to dye your hair. Maybe buying a 10+ hair coloring products would be better.

Jinny was my stylist for my hair cut. We didn't communicate much, which may have been a problem to start. I showed her a picture from the book and explained to her that my natural hair is wavy and I wanted to take an inch to inch and half off, just to trim. She took out a piece and showed me if it was okay, and I said fine. She seemed really proficient however I am not sure what possessed her to gave me many many layers. She was extremely fast with her scissor work and when I realized that she has already taken significant amount of hair with layering, I had to hope for the best. The hair cut was not bad, but that level of layers were not present in my original haircut, nor that many layers existed in the long hair pic I showed her and it was something that didn't suit my type of hair. Now, my hair sits flat on top with fly away at the bottom and it looked a lot shorter thanks to crazy layering. She told me that I should talked to her and tell her what I liked after the hair cut was done. Sure, a trim here and there, but super fast hands for layering, I didn't feel like I could say put it back. That said, the language barrier was definitely an issue and I would have preferred someone who explained the work, rather than get to work with super fast scissor work. Either know exactly what you want with all the details, or speak the language.
