My daughter & I have very much enjoyed our 2 visits to Reflections. The ladies are warm & friendly. They have a steady stream of regular customers who are welcomed like visiting friends. It’s just lovely! Shiraz did our mani/pedis, facials & hair. She has a gentle way about her that makes being pampered a truly relaxing experience. Shiraz is a special lady. I’m so happy that she was able to provide services for us. I’d highly recommend her. All good!

As has been previously stated by others, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Me and my friend got the same package as something fun to do together. Couldn't even do it together because they don't have the staff to do more than 1 person at a time. Which also meant booking the appointments was a nightmare. My friend drove down from Ottawa on one of the days the weather was a bit off. I called ahead to make sure they were still open and confirm the times I wrote down and they told me they had to cancel my friend's appointment. I informed her of this and told her she could have mine. I called back and they told me my appointment was also canceled. Thank god I called or else we would have shown up there just to find the doors closed. No problem with them cancelling because of weather, but at least take the time to inform your customers. If the weathers bad enough for you to go home, you shouldn't be okay with your customers driving in it for no reason. Their only saving grace is the lady who's supposed to do the massages. She was lovely, but unfortunately not enough to ever go to this place again. Complete lack of customer service skills in most of the employees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased one of their $60 packages for 4 visits. My first was for my hair cut and style. The hair cut was good, and I set up my second appointment. During the first appointment tho I was informed that they don't make anything off these coupons and that the $60 goes to another company, the only money they make us when you purchase the extras. As well one of the other visits included a massage which was no longer being offered because the person who completed them sustained an injury. I was disappointed but this is reasonable. My second visit was the manicure/pedicure. My manicure did not last at all, I had it done in the morning before a wedding and by the time I sat down for dinner at 5 it had already started to chip, and had completely chipped off 3 days later. The third visit a facial which I loved. I left my appointment feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The last appointment was supposed to be the massage and a follow up hair treatment. Because the massage was no longer being offered they made it up with a second facial, also amazing. The hair treatment included a deep conditioning hair mask and hair style. Throughout my 4 visit there were things I liked and didn't. The coupons are good for one year. And I used mine up well before that.

STAY AWAY! DON'T GET YOURSELF CAUGHT IN THIS SCAM!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would do so right away! Absolutely HORRIBLE staff with different stories each time you call. The first time I called to redeem a package of $60 for my first visit, the lady said that she was completely booked for the next 6 weeks and that they only take appointments 6 weeks in advance; which was understanding at the time, and so I decided to call back two weeks after. When I called back, she said that she had no openings for the rest of the summer, however miraculously she found an opening for the next week. I immediately booked it. I called back the same afternoon to change up the package (get visit B instead of A) and she said that I was already booked with a hairstylist and that the person who does manicures/pedicures was booked up. So I left the appointment and decided to go with it. However, due to an unfortunate circumstance, I had to reschedule and so I called back the next day to do so, and the ladies (two of them spoke to me) said that not only was there no one under my name booked, but they didn't even have my number associated with anyone booked there. I mentioned that I called back twice the day before to switch up the visits and that I recognized the voice of the lady who I was speaking to. She then said she nor the other lady has any recollection of that conversation. They took my number and name and said they'll call me back if they find out what happened. I don't live in Kingston, so I was thinking that what would happen if we made the trip down there and they never took us in. I called back half an hour later to reschedule anyways, and I asked if they found my name, and they said "oh yes we found you, thank you for letting us know" and she was about to put the phone down. When I said, "I am not done, I want to reschedule", she said she was booked off completely for all visits until the end of August. I said "that's fine, let me know what date you are available and I'll call you back right away after confirming my ride." She gave me a date and I called her back the next minute after my ride was confirmed and they would NOT pick up my call. After a few attempts, my call went straight to voicemail. Furiously, I called back with another phone number, and pretended that I was someone else trying to book the same thing. She gave me a date for the NEXT WEEK on a SATURDAY, after she told me previously that ALL SATURDAYS are completely booked due to prom and wedding season. Don't get yourself caught up with these scumbags! Save yourself and others money and time, and find another place to get pampered!
