My mother and I visited Capri yesterday. Her hair was falling out due to her chemotherapy appointments. The entire staff worked together to help us. They squeezed her in, shaved her head for no charge and met with her in a private room for wig fitting and consultation. This is a difficult and emotional time and I truly appreciate how we were greeted and treated with such compassion and kindness. I cannot say enough about their service.

The front desk people are disrespectful. I made sure I schedule an appointment before getting there once I arrived there for my appointment they acted as if I had not booked any appointment. If you’re not white, you should go there. They’re incredibly rude, and immature. They need to learn how to interact with people in a polite way.

The woman at front desk was extremely rude. She made the whole atmosphere very unwelcoming and I was taken completely by surprise. Would not recommend to anyone.

Can't give them lower than an 1 star. my friend has curly textured hair and dark skin and was embarrassed by the receptionist who treated her like she was unwelcomed because of her hair and her skin. I will never go here.

Do Not enter if you are not white, upper middle class, or do not want to support a racially biased business. Front desk worker was disrespectful and demeaning. Felt very embarrassed and sad.
