You get what you pay for doesn't apply to this salon whatsoever. Got my hair done here a total of three different times. First time the service was impeccable which is the ONLY reason why this is getting three stars. It was (pardon me for better words I don't remember the kind ladys name) but the thicker, white lady with brown/ blonde highlights. I don't remember her name but she was the sweetest, kindest lady ever. I've never met a salon worker as kind as her, and my hair turned out beautiful even though it wasn't exactly what I had wanted but due to the damage of my hair it was better than anything I could have gotten done at most places. However, the second and third time were disasters. I had a lady with red hair do my hair both times, first time my hair was done decently, lots of small highlights for my brown to blonde transition, I purchased the loreal spray treatment they hype up in the store and it did work for me it was amazing, I spent three and a half months doing hair masks and just about anything involving hair conditioning to prepare my hair for my next set of highlights. I was in high school around this time and my cosmo teacher suggested a few products and really helped my hair regain the strength it lost from the first set. (My hair wasn't that bad I just like having soft hair) However, after the second set this lady did my hair was a DISASTER. I could tell from when she was shampooing, as she blow-dried my hair and brushed it i could physically feel my gummy like hair breaking and I tried (out of respect) not to freak out. She then proceeded to ask me if i'd like a haircut. I asked for a TRIM, and it was exactly what I got, and at this time I didn't ask how much it was. After this, I went to pay and I paid the normal 200$ I paid for highlights and my TRIM (you could physically see no difference) WAS 50$...... There was absolutely no difference after this. I then went home with my damaged half assed cut hair and spent money and endless effort trying to restore my hair. I ended up getting a proper haircut at another salon as I refuse to go back here and the salon worker told me I had too high of a volume of bleach in my hair, as did my cosmetology teacher. Moral of the story if you're coming here, ask for someone who actually knows what they're doing, better yet go to a hair salon with workers who know what they're doing

Awful customer service. The manager is very rude, uncaring. A friend had booked an appointment with Mariam ( She is incredible). We called and asked specifically for her, took time out of our busy schedule to travel there (over an hour, costing over $20 in transport there + over $35 back), got there and they told us she left and offered for someone else to cut the hair. We were upset since if they had called us, we would have rescheduled to make it work with Mariam, and not traveled and spent money to get there. It is super inconvenient for us to get there, but since we really love the way Mariam cuts hair we wanted to go. This is where it gets awful. The young receptionist in front was great, caring, kind, understanding and apologized for the mix up. However the manager was very unpleasant and started to blame us saying that we missed a phone call (which was not true, offered to show phone indicating no missed calls), refused to take any responsibility or apologize, or acknowledge that we now lost over 2 hours in travel time and money. And now he was blaming us he is losing money since we declined to cut hair with someone else we do not know. What a waste of time and money. We asked for a discounted price, as we were willing to come back, but the manager blamed us saying it was our fault. Awful.

A great big thank you to Mariam! She helped me decide on the best colour and cut for my hair. And I love it!!! I came out of that Salon feeling pretty and happy. She was pleasant and professional. I am definitely coming back to see Mariam!

I've been going to this place for years and absolutely love my hairstylist Liz. She is absolutely amazing and I always feel like one of a kind when I leave her chair. She takes the time to care for my hair and always makes sure I love my hair when I leave. She is always honest with me when I come in and tells me If we need to cut off more than normal when it is dead which I appreciate because its not like she's telling me this every time. Just got my hair done with her again yesterday and I absolutely LOVE it.
