The employees are polite and I have no complaints. I had previously went in to get my roots done I found them a bit over priced so didn't go back. When I went in to get my eyebrows done I was asked how come I don't get my roots done. I told them u charge too much I get them at another salon for $35. I was the told by the gentlemen who does the roots and the lady at the cash we also do it for $35. So today I decided to go get my roots done. When I went to pay another man charged me $50. I told him 2 people told me $35. The gentleman denied it but the lady said she did tell me $35. The man apologized but still charged me $50. If ur working confesses that she quoted a price then u should honor that price, he told me it was my choice if I didn't want to come back. They don't care, I will never go back not even for eyebrows. If you keep losing customers 1 by 1 eventually u will lose them all!
