For those who want to skip the long, detailed review: Its a really horrible place.... and its not just me... lots of people on Yelp.ca have also given bad reviews to this place (the reviews are filtered because the content of the reviews reflects the place's low quality and service standards) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I had heard decent reviews of this place so I went to do my eyebrows there after growing them out for a couple of months. Let me tell you one thing about this place. If you are not happy with the service you received, then good luck trying to explain this to the owner. I asked for a simple clean-up of the eyebrows. When the owner was done with my eyebrows, she had removed about 2-3 mm of the length of my eyebrow starting from the nose area. I already paid for the service before I went to speak to her about it. She would not listen to a word I said and she repeatedly kept saying that it was my fault and that I should have asked her to not do that...... Right.. because I should predict every action she might take and warn her that I don't want this done, and I don't want that done. I said I was not happy with the service and that I wanted half of my money back. It was not about the cost of the service. It was about the fact that I shouldn't have to pay for something that I was not happy with. She started lecturing me that I am an idiot and that she won't give me my money back. She said that "young people like me come in everyday and fight with her about her services and if she gave back money to everyone she would go out of business". She repeatedly called me stupid and idiot in her language. I was even disgusted to see that she made racist comments about African Americans. I was totallyyyyyyy and completely baffled at what she perceives is "Customer Service". The owner has no ethical or moral standards because she is clearly not shy to start swearing at her customers. If you are not happy with your service, you would have a better time complaining to a rock - because unlike her, the rock won't humiliate you in front of other people. Although I was firm to my point, I did not cuss at her once.
