I would give five stars because I truly loved this place and became a new customer, but they’re starting to become greedy like all other nail salons in the area. Soon, they’ll be no different. They charge you for the things they shouldn’t, like taking off shellac when you’re getting new shellac anyways? They try to add in extra fees to up the price and they will lose good customers very fast. Go back to focusing on quality of work and not how many customers you can take.. Also, learn English so you actually understand what customers are saying and so you can actually explain things better! And to your response! I’ve been doing everything on my nails since high school! I’ve probably tried all salons in the area before yours even existed. I know prices and it’s not included in theirs so please don’t use that excuse. You have the same prices! If anything you DO NOT include the prices and actually charge more. Manicure and pedicure is generally 35, 40 at most! Then you charge 15 extra for shellac... and if you had shellac before you charge to take that off. You don’t even take it off properly! You use the machine when you should use acetone all the way through. So why am I paying to thin down my nail.... anyways my point is, they will be just like all the other salons! Then they expect a tip after you spent almost $100.00.... haha.

The staff here are so refreshing in comparison to Vicky's and Nina's down the road. Good service, fair prices, friendly staff.

I’ve been going to Emyly at T&J for a few months now and she’s amazing, as you can see from the photos of some of my favourite looks. I would highly recommend this place. 😊

I came here to get lash extensions for the first time and I'm so glad I did. It's been about a month and my lashes are still looking great and intact. Also, the pricing is totally reasonable. I'll definitely be visiting again!
