The Chatters Heartland location has always been my favourite. I have had appointments at other Chatter locations such as Square One, but the experience I get every time at Heartland is on another level. Every single staff member at the front desk I ever had the pleasure of speaking to has always been lovely, sweet, and efficient. Every single stylist I ever got a haircut from has always been extremely talented and I have never left the salon feeling disappointed.

Worst salon! Don’t waste your time and money in this place…they treat clients like a trash…I have an appointment in this salon …when I showed up on time I was told that the hairstylist is not competent enough to cut the style that I want so I agreed to schedule with another stylist who can cut the preferred hairstyle. On next scheduled appointment I was told the stylist cannot accommodate me as the last client was late and I was told the salon is closing…I can’t believe they treat client with no respect for their time. Please don’t ever go to this salon, that’s not a way to treat a client. I have found a salon that treats you well with so much respect and dignity. This salon is not worth your time and money. I would highly advise that you don’t contact this salon ever.

Thank you Aries! This was my first experience at Chatters Heartland and I’m very impressed with his service, cleanliness and pricing. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hairdresser in the Heartland area. 👍🏻👍🏻Two thumbs up!

Got my first haircut done here, going to shoulder length. Staff was extremely pleasing and accommodating for a first-time comer. Would definitely recommend for both service and price.
