Good service. Yet to see the affects

Be aware of the scam!!! This company advertize and sells samples for $7.35. Once you give them your credit card you agree to subscribe for more services, which you would not be aware of until you see a $144 charge. Credit card won't do anything and they see those type of situations a lot.

This spa is located in a nice area off of Eglinton, but in a Chinese mall that is surprisingly quiet. This place may not have the fanciest zen-like spa decor, but if you want a top quality facial and massage for a great deal, this is the best place I've been to. I live downtown Toronto, but still make trips to Mississauga just to visit this spa. The decor could use an upgrade as it is frighteningly early 90's pink. Once you get into the massage/facial rooms though, the beds are comfortable, and it is always calm and warm. The only reason I gave this place a 4 out of 5 star rating is because the decor will not impress you and the some of the girls' English is not the best and I found it difficult to explain the sensitive skin condition I had. (I don't usually talk while getting facials and massages anyway, so I didn't mind for the most part!) However...in terms of quality of service I've consistently received for the past 3 years I've been going here, I would give this place 5 out of 5. I have only ever had massages and facials here but they offer many services such as hydro therapy, microdermabrasian and weight loss treatments. For massages, they are absolutely fantastic. You will be massaged from scalp to toes to fingertips, leaving you very relaxed. The women who work here are very professional and skilled! For facials, they last about an hour and a half, and I promise you will feel as though you have gone on a timeless vacation. You start of with some make-up removal and lotion cleanse followed by steaming and thorough blackhead extractions. Then you get a very very relaxing face massage for about 30 minutes followed by a mud mask application where you are left alone for about 15 - 20 minutes (could be longer because I tend to fall into a deep relaxing sleep during the wait). After the mask, there is another 3 step cleanse (clean, tone, moistuize) and it ends off with a neck and shoulder massage, scalp massage. This is honestly the BEST place I've ever had a facial at, and I've been to several spas all over the GTA. I think they cost about $45, and there are discounts if you buy packages of 5 or 10. Ruby is the owner and she is very soft spoken and pleasant and the best person to get massages from. My mom and I visit this spa every month or two, and though we've both tried different places, this one is our favourite in terms of quality and value. Definitely worth a visit!

Me and mother use to go here all the time getting our facials done and massages. recently My mother went and got a facial and the esthetician took off her necklace . Which I am not sure why she would take it off and not tell the customer were it was. when the treatment was done. my mother went home realized the necklace was gone. Came back and told them what had happen. They oviuoulsy said it wasn't there, They didn't see anything. The owner Ruby is very unprofessional the way she handle the situation as the business owner. We try everything making sure the can find it for my mother. Told her to search employee bags and call the customer who was in the room right after my mother. The owner did not want to do all these request. She just kept saying "they have done there best. Nothing to do." My mother speaks English as a second language . So She told me to call them and speak for her . The owner brought her husband / boyfriend in. To do What I am not sure. He kept yelling at me on the phone instead of talking like normal human person. WE are very upset how the situation was handle.. Even though We have been there for years. The necklace mean the world to my mom , It has been pass on from generation. Not even one phone call from the owner or the girl who did her facial to check up on the customer. Very bad bad service.. If you do go there make sure dont trust anyone in there to touch your belonging because it will go missing. And the owner will play damb about it . Also bring a useless man in the picture. Who scream at women. Which he does not work there and doesn't know the situation.
