Lila nails in orillia was amazing. We walked in and were immediately greeted with kindness. It was very clean and they were very gentle and caring. My nails are absolutely beautiful. She spent so much time on the shape and making sure I was comfortable and loved my nails which I do. My friend had an amazing experience as well. I would definitely recommend and I plan to only go there to get my nails done in the future.

The salon changed owners a while ago and I have been going there for solar nails and pedicures. The owner is Isabella and she and her staff have always been great to me. There were some bumps during the transition stage but is to be expected. Isabella does solar, bio nails and does an amazing job.

Since the changeover, they have done a great job! Friendly , accomadating and they take their time with you. Their chairs are amazing. I had Tina for the first time today. She was so friendly and funny. Did an amazing mani, pedi and wax. I would definately recommend them.

Never actually went here so can’t comment on the service. I called however, and asked how much it would be for acrylic removal, manicure, and to paint my THREE year olds nails (regular polish), which I get done for her whenever I go to the salon. The lady quoted me $10 for my toddlers nails. When I asked if they would do it for $5 since I’m getting mine done, she laughed and said no. Which IS humorous actually since EVERYWHERE else is $5, or said they would take $5 since I’m getting my nails done. I’ve gotten my nails done in many different towns/cities/provinces and it’s always $5. In fact, in my hometown they do it for $5 for shellac for my daughter. It’s not that an extra $5 is gonna break the bank, but to laugh and completely refuse, with no effort in compromising when your one of MILLIONS of nail salons in competition is ridiculous. Whatever, an additional $50 loss as well as a loss of a potential future customer, no recommendations, and a bad review for poor customer service must be worth the $5 they saved (?). To me, that’s a loss. Not a win. We went to Cali nails and were given exceptional service and great prices!
