If you're a parent I suggest going to a more child friendly location. The stylist we had did as best as she could with a challenging 2yr old. She worked with us, did a great job trying to accommodate and should be commended. Unfortunately she did not even finish the haircut because her awful manager told her she had to stop... In the middle of a haircut. The manager mostly communicated that with dirty looks and terse judgemental shots. No customer service at all. We're all paying customers, and moreover, explained prior to starting that my son hates haircuts and it will be an ordeal. Crying children are a part of the job, if you can't accommodate children then you're in the wrong business lady. 3 star rating already... Ownership should take note.

Always been the go to place for me when I need the hairs cut :P Reasonable price, friendly staff, prompt service and always look better when I leave. Could use some updated reading material haha... But never a long wait. Walk ins are welcome but always best to make an appointment.

Still trying to find a stylist that really understands what I'm looking for. Place is very clean and the staff are friendly.

We came in on Friday afternoon, waited about four minutes, Cass cut my son's hair, she is great with kids. Haircut was good, fast and a great price of course. We will definitely be coming back 😊💇ðŸ¼â€â™‚ï¸ðŸ’‡ðŸ¼â€â™‚ï¸
