Magalie DESTROYED my hair. Not only did she give me chemical burns on my scalp when she bleached my hair she said I didn’t need to use purple shampoo. So I didn’t. And then she made it seems like it was my fault when my hair turned green because I took her advice!! She couldn’t get the green out. When when I went back to being a brunette the green was still there. She died it black and then stripped it and die a bunch of times before sending me off saying she’d done all she could do. My hair was a super dark shade that made my pale skin look ghostly, it was dry and straw and breaking off mid strand. I had to go to an other salon to fix the colour that was fading out. I literally had to let it grow out and cut it ALL off before it was healthy again. I didn’t end up paying because they felt so bad but they never attempted to have someone else try and fix my hair. It took over a year to have a short amount of healthy hair again. I also had to walk into the street to pay my parking meter with a towel on my head!!! And I walked out mid blow dry because the girl blow drying suggested I get a cut because my hair was dead. I had literally gotten a cut there the day before. I’ve had terrible experiences again and again here. I don’t know why I kept going back. I guess I was hoping they’d prove themselves. The only reason I gave one star is because the salon is a beautiful space.

Jesse did an amazing job. And my hair did exactly what he said it would after the first wash. Very easy to maintain. Well worth the price tag.

Such a cool salon. I'm afraid to say that Kirby is the best, because she might be booked until the end of her days!
