Had my hair cut by Jessica Archambault which was great from the front, horrible in the back. Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional . The next day noticed that my long bob at the back had an obvious chunk missing! Emailed her the next day, she said sorry saying it was probably the cape that messed it up. Was it her first day on the job? She offered to fix it the next day. I went the next day, very nervous because I didn't want to go shorter to correct the mistake. She took off a bit more and tried to blend some of the back more. There was minimal difference. I was so upset, and not once did she offer to pay back the money I paid, nor ask "what can I do to make this better, how can I make this right?" I walked out without saying a word because she obviously lacked basic customer service. I do not recommend getting your hair cut by Jessica. I hope her manager reads this and has the decency to make things right.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut today by Patricia. I absolutely love the cut, especially after having two really bad experiences at two other salons which were way overpriced. The atmosphere was friendly, welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend Escala Hair Salon! I will definitely be going back!!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My hairstylist checked-in with me a number of times to make sure I liked the cut. I had a 3 month old baby with me and they accommodated us with ease. All this, AND I LOVED my haircut. Thank you! #hotmomma
