I feel completely cheated! In all my years of being in Canada, I’ve never been charged extra taxes for getting my natural hair done — especially not for something as simple as 16 cornrows that took less than an hour. If there are going to be additional charges, it’s only fair to inform your clients beforehand. I specifically asked how much it would cost, and I was told $50. When it was time to pay, I was suddenly charged $56.50. I asked to pay with cash, which they said will be the same charge. Let me add that I did not make any purchase. That’s incredibly unprofessional. I will not be returning to this store again.

Great music all the time and the staff is welcoming . Also the barber shop is very good . Just work a little in the aesthetic of the place .

Today your sign says you close at 8pm, and that's what Google says with the hours you inputted. I'm standing outside of your door at 7:20 and it's locked. No sign to even say "closed early" or "sorry for the inconvenience." Very disappointed. You can adjust your hours on Google if you need to close early so people don't waste their time driving 25 minutes to come to your location.

Very professional staff and a wide range of products to choose from! I would highly recommend it if you don't want to travel far from downtown.

Unprofessional!!!! They do not respect people’s time. Manages their calendar poorly and cancels last minute when it comes to braids. Stay away!!!!!! If there was zero star for their stylist, I would hit the zero star button a million times over. I’m so annoyed how a stylist can just cancel my daughter’s appointment on the day of!!!! Everyone knows how much time and effort goes into prepping hair for braids. Beyond UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!! Be aware!!!!!
