Luis showed up the very next day after our call and quickly determined the source of the problem - a bathroom vent that came loose from the roof cap. He also took the time to explain to us in detail (educating us in the process) on how ventilation in a roof is supposed to work and the steps that needed to take place to ensure everything was operating properly. Luis gave us a detailed quote promptly and scheduled his team to come in within about a week. Matthew and Mike showed up on time and did an excellent job remedying all issues. They were thorough, clearly well trained and genuinely concerned about providing us with excellent service. You could tell that they took pride in what they did cleaning up after themselves and leaving our home tidy. Luis followed up in person at the end of the project to ensure that we were satisfied.
