Sadly I have to give this company one star. I contacted them last week in regards to mold removal in my uncles home. The gentlemen I spoke with on the phone said he would give one of his inspectors our phone number and he would call to schedule a time to visit. 4 days later, we had still not received a call. Since they were so highly rated we thought we would give them a second chance. My uncle called back to inquire about why we hadn't received an appointment call. The gentleman on the phone said he had been manning the phones the day we had called and did not remember anything about it. He said he was on a job at the moment, but would call back in 20-30 minutes to get the address so he could visit the following day. Its still a day later and we have received no return call. Considering their very high rating on Google, this is quite disappointing. I find it quite disrespectful to blow off potential clients twice in a row. We will be searching for a new mold specialist. We prefer to give our money to someone who respects clients enough to return their calls and follow up.
