Incredibly quick and fantastic customer service this company extends. There were spots of black mold in my room. The Mold Guy professionals thoroughly examined it and succeeded in removing the mold. I am more than satisfied by their services.

Great service! Very professional and accommodating. Everything was explained clearly and done properly. Kay, the office manager, was particularly helpful and super nice. Thanks for a great job.

From the first moment that I spoke with Kay, I knew that this was a company with a level of customer service that is hard to come by these days and that customer service was unwavering throughout the entire process. I would recommend The Mold Guy to anyone that is looking to remedy mould in their home. 5 star service all around!

This company is best for mold removal services in Toronto. The staff is well-trained and provide services up to the client's satisfaction. Also, the team was friendly and answered every query of mine.

Very insulting and judgmental service. We recently had a man from The Mold Guy come out to do an inspection on two areas in our home that have had leaks recently. We wanted to rule out mold in areas we can't access, and this company was one we'd had out once before. Unfortunately, our basement is currently quite messy. During our honeymoon in November, I fell and shattered my ankle severely, requiring surgery and many months being unable to walk. Combined with my preexisting health condition, I've been bed ridden and relatively immobile since my injury. It's meant that I've been unable to work, and my husband (who's also a full-time university student) has had to work incredibly hard to keep us afloat. It's left little time for cleaning, and of course we were embarrassed about letting anyone into our home in that state; but we trusted that we'd be treated respectfully by a professional. The man who came to do the inspection was very judgmental and rude about it, despite knowing nothing of our circumstances. He was there to check for mold in the walls, it's really a shame that he couldn't remain professional and had to make unnecessary and upsetting comments during an already difficult time. We won't be using this service in the future, very disappointed. EDIT; It's true that I was out of the home for the inspection itself, as I had a fracture clinic appointment (the home owner and my mother in law, does not know how to review a business online). It's also true that we are currently boarding with my husband's family, I'm not sure why that's relevant to the service we received. I do need to be clear that everything said in our review was relayed to me by my upset mother in law who was here for the whole inspection and was made very uncomfortable by the comments made. She was not happy with the service as you believe, but as a shy person who fears altercation she's one to be quiet and simply pay what's owed. When we reached out for an inspection, it was to determine whether or not we had a mold problem within the walls due to prior leaks, not to be made uncomfortable about having a temporarily messy basement. This was just our experience, it may be a one-off and it may not even phase some people, but we felt we needed to share it so that others can make an informed choice.
