It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone as competent, pleasant and honest as Julio. He came to our residence to test the air quality in our basement following a leak...we were afraid of mould. He was thorough in his explanations and so helpful giving us suggestions and advice. Professionalism, knowledge and patience that's Julio. Impeccable service. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

If I could leave a 12 star review I would Our landlord came to the reading when we were trying to get our mold problem diagnosed. There is a whole story behind this but they approach these gentlemen demanding paperwork, business cards and over all being aggressive. Through out the entire process they were being difficult and making these men’s jobs harder. They put them right back into their place. He stood his ground and refused to let them bully him from doing his job. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for helping us through a very tricky situation Julio and nick your rock stars

Julio did some asbestos testing / DSR report for us prior to a large bathroom renovation. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. Following the renovation, during which a large dusty mess was unfortunately made throughout our house, he answered all my questions regarding post construction clean up and potential health hazards. He also ended up doing some mold testing in our basement. I truly appreciated his patience and honesty throughout the process!

OIES is a top notch company. We hired them to perform asbestos testing and mold clearance testing. They were very easy to work with, knowledgeable, patient, always on time, fairly priced, and wonderful in their approach. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
