Couldn't be happier with the work by Mold Busters. Had extensive water infiltration in sub-floor of basement with black mold and rot. Guys worked diligently to remove all affected flooring, opened up wall to attempt to identify source, decontaminated all areas. Had estimated a 1 day job but ended up taking 2 days at no extra cost. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

Great service, I booked online, their representative was on time, informative and very polite.

The remediation team was very informative and was very thorough, but a re-visit was required after the first Lab Report. 2 minuscule locations were found to contain the offending spores, which were re-cleaned and fogged. Samples were very acceptable after the final remediation. We are very grateful for the two teams doing such a great job. Now I can return to our basement and complete the re-insulation and do the final move-in (clear everything out of the garage...Wooohoo!) and set up my office and exercise area.

I give 5 stars to this company for the following reasons 1) A real person actually answered the phone and I did not have to leave a message 2)Jovan is the person that took my call regarding a mold issue I was having and he was very clear and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. 3) An appointment was set up immediately to do a site visit to evaluate the extent of the mold damage and a follow up email confirming the appointment was sent to me within minutes. (very impressive) 4) I received a call from Charlie (inspector from Mold Busters) on the morning of the appointment to confirm that he was already at the site (10 minutes early) and was going to wait for me to arrive at our scheduled time. 5) Before we entered the building, Charlie very carefully explained to me (in layman's terms) that based on a previous mold report he reviewed (done by another company) exactly what he would be looking for, how he was going to find it and he would provide his report based on his findings. 6) After a very thorough inspection of the unit in the building, he told me that he had seen what he needed to see and that he would send me the report based on his findings as soon as possible. I thought to my self that the report would arrive within a week or two, but to my surprise, I received his report within a few hours, again very impressed. I strongly recommend this company based on their great customer service, their knowledge, promptness and honesty. A big thanks to you all.

Excellent experience with Mold Busters. Called them to give me a quote for some mold removal after my sump pump failed. Was surprised they don't give free estimates at first. But now I know why! Charlie was the inspector and when he was down in the basement, he found some materials which were likely asbestos. We agreed to test them and sure enough, the lab revealed they were positive for asbestos! ALL OF THE OTHER COMPANIES OVERLOOKED THIS, and EVEN QUOTED ME TO REMOVE THESE TILES WITHOUT ANY PROPER ASBESTOS REMOVAL PROCEDURES in place. Ugh. What a joke. Naturally, we went with Mold Busters to do the work since they were the most thorough during the inspection. The crew came out in less than a week. Nice group of guys. They did a pretty good job! Would definitely recommend Mold Busters. They ACTUALLY KNOW what they're doing.
