Pulled my hair during a workout

You will hear dogs barking from the groomer next door and may not get an initial weigh-in...without reason.

Like many I felt extremely pushed to sign up. I even asked to have a night to think about spending that much money and they said no, and if I did I'd have to restart a new application to get another meeting.....in the end, $2600 was a lot of money. The meal plan were very confusing and it took a long time to get a meeting so at the beginning it was easy to fall behind and feel unsure. I would not suggest the 6 months because after 3 months a new crew is signed up and you may feel forgotten. They focus on technique in your first class and that's about it. Only one solid teacher (owner) who actually corrects form, I didn't know I was doing something wrong till months in. Reading an older review from another client, there is mention of other fitness gyms that do kickboxing that focus more on technique, form, and sparring, that are also at a lower price. I was also surprised to see a required 3 month advance cancellation. But not to make a total negative post. The classes are decent, good workout. I can only recommend the workout not the program meal plan.

I have seen the staff go above and beyond for their clientele. From kids parties to making sure the customers are completely satisfied. Great place to come in and feel welcomed. Being a fitness place they are not shy about helping you try to achieve your goal and discuss all options for you. They also check up and make sure you are getting the most from them. Great staff and clean facility. GREAT PLACE!

Signed up for the 6 week challenge and lost 25 lbs! I turned 30 in June and kept telling myself by the time I'm 30 I'll be in the best shape of my life...didn't happen. Started this beginning of August and down 25 lbs! Great meal plan that taught me great things about meal prep and portion control, great classes that give you a great full body workout, and great accountability coach that is always there to cheer you on! Thanks so much Kickboxing Victoria!

Coming from a family that has numerous health issues, I decided I needed to do something to take care of myself. Since I have done kickboxing before I decided to look into this again. Joining kickboxing has been the best decision of my life. I was able to get healthy, lose 35lbs and I feel so much stronger and more fit. This positive change has made a huge difference in my confidence as I have had body image issues all my life. On top of getting fit and healthy, I have met a group of awesome people. Everyone have been super positive and supportive of each other's goals. The instructors and staff and members have become a huge part of my life...like family. You will find me there almost every day of the week.....thats how much I enjoy the company and the workout!!!!

SKILLS has changed my life in Victoria. I moved to Victoria not long ago and after joining the kickboxing classes in SKILLS, it really helped me to go back to a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically and it has now become part of my life. The staff and instructors are extremely friendly and they help you through the programme in the best way possible. As someone with kickboxing background, I strongly recommend SKILLS to everyone looking for a healthy lifestyle.
