Great place to blow some steam off! Brooke is an awesome instructor- patient and always encouraging. The girls I meet there are the best of all- very supportive of the newbies, don't get frustrated when you accidentally hit them in the face or kick them wrong, easy going and fun! The workout is intense, but extremely rewarding!

I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined with a friend. I have to say Brock and Marco are awesome. Helpful in teaching you the boxing moves etc. I am so looking forward to learning so much more. So glad I joined!!!

I've been kickboxing for over 5 years and this is the place to be !! Brock and Marco are both so motivating and push you to your limits (in a good way)! They are also two of the most genuine and amazing people I have ever met. It's a great way to unwind and de-stress! I highly recommend everyone to check this place out!!

Our family has had an amazing experience at Cascadia! Our two children really look forward to their Taekwondo sessions with Brock & Marco - both instructors are fantastic with kids and have motivated our not so sporty kids to work hard and take pride in the effort. I personally love the adult kickboxing classes - great workout, great people, and super friendly helpful instructors. Best stress relief out there!

Brock and Marco are the best! They work you hard but make sure you're having fun the entire time. Easily the best part of my day!
