Very friendly atmosphere! They make you feel welcomed the minute you walk in the building. What I found most impressive is that multiple employees knew my daughters name the first few times we walked in the building especially with the amount of kids who are there at one time. The instructors are great & my daughter loves going every week!

This is one great place, if you want an overall development of your kid. The Masters, trainers are all awesome and they give special attention to each and every child's training. In addition to Tae Kwon Do skills, they always try to encourage students to be consistent, practice perseverance and respect peers, elders and everyone. I would like to specially thank Master Moon and Master Chong for their guidance and support. Each and every member of the East Amherst Center is AWESOME!!

Wonderful Staff & Instructors! My son has been enrolled for almost three years now and has had tremendous growth in his strength and self confidence. Well rounded training and life skills. Cannot say enough great things about this place!

Our boys had great experience for the last 5 years here and they got black belts today. Their concentration, balancing, and many more skills are dramatically improved thanks to excellent staffs(Master Moon’s teaching is one of the best! We love his class) The improved concentration/attitude by the discipline help their school life, too.

The instructors are fabulous, caring and thoughtful. Both my daughter and I are students and it's a positive experience every time we go. They emphasize not only physical training but also discipline, respect, and camaraderie, which I think gets to the real essence of taekwondo. I highly recommend it to folks of all ages.
