Great gym. Friendly environment

Feb 12, 2019
This gym closes at 11pm, at 10:20pm february 11, my wife was in the change room coming in from the showers and one of the female janitors was acting intimidatingly and aggressively with my wife was taking her bag out of the locker and the janitor came and slammed the locker door nearly hitting my wife was frightened and shocked and began walking out of the change room at the same time the female janitor was moping the floor right behind her feet following my wife cursing under her breath as she walked out. All these just days after I made the membership, will be in their in the morning to see why this employee was harassing my wife . Absolutely absurd behaviour.

I got a membership here with my tuition from St. Lawrence College, and I have to say its absolutely worth it. They keep cleaning solution and towels everywhere so you can clean properly, there are nice water fountains and a cafe, and its relatively quiet. I'm not the most fit person in the world, but I really felt comfortable here. A friend and I went to work out together, and we had an amazing time too!

Such a great gym. Equipment is clean, always in relative good condition. Staff is friendly, always with a smile. The only thing I would change would be to increase the size of the locker room but I know that space is limited. Would recommend this gym to everyone.
