I've been training at Karoon Taekwondo for 1 year and 6 months and so far it's great. i love the full contact classes and how it helps me to gain confidence and learn self defence. before i started to train here i didn't have mutch confidence but now i do. There is a very good and supportive environment and the classes and people who attend are so helpful. Especially Master Sammy he is a great Master and has taught me a lot of technique. Classes are on Thursday in the boxing gym.

My son has been training with Karoon for over 7 years and he is now almost to black belt. It has been great to see how his confidence and strength has developed over these years. It has been a worthwhile experience for him.

Love the atmosphere and the training in this Dojo. Instructors have been really friendly, they make sure you know what you're doing and feel comfortable, and encourage people to get to know each other. Really good workouts and attention to technique, forcing us to step it up - in a good way!

My 3 sons have been atending Taekwondo lessons for over 6 years with Sammy he is an excellent coach and my boys have learned so much in this time. I would recommend to anyone with active boys, the Finsbury Leisure Centre is also very local to us its great to have stuff like this in the area for young children to teenagers and adults. Highly recommended!
