A very good Taekwon-do school with two excellent teachers- Nick Thatcher (4th dan) and Michael Williams (3rd dan). They complement each other nicely: Nick is a former England Open champion and Michael has a particular interest in practical self defence. There's a nice mix of ages in the class, it's very welcoming and it is linked to Impact Taekwon-do, run by Master Donato Nardizzi (8th dan) with classes across London. I've been attending classes here for over two years since I was a beginner. The only reason I can't give it the full 5 stars is because it's held in a venue with no changing block and showers! If you want to get fitter and learn a modern martial art in a friendly class, it's a great choice.
