My son has been attending for the past few months on Tuesdays and Thursdays. His listening skills were very poor and in a matter of a month he was coming to me after the first time I called him. Michelle is a wonderful instructor and has so much patience with all the children and she knows ALL children's names. My daughter just decided to join after watching brother and trying to learn the form for yellow belt; which he just tested for and passed. Very exciting for us all!! Awesome place, I tell people about how great it is!!

APMAC is World Class! At 58 I have begun my TKD training and have been welcomed like all their students with integrity, enthusiasm, and a positive (infectious) attitude. All the staff are enormously gifted and superbly effective in their training skills. The students enjoy the vigorous, sometimes challenging, always rewarding training. As Bruce Lee said "Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, add what is uniquely your own" This is the place to train!

My son and daughter both love coming to class. The instructor's are incredibly awesome especially with my very shy son. I highly recommend signing up it's well worth it.

TL;DR - Don’t think twice about joining this school. Join and you will have no regrets I attended 17 classes so far and each one of them was a blast. I never took martial arts classes before so if you are new to martial arts but always wanted to check it out and see where it leads, I cannot recommend a better place to start. First, Exercise. You get a ton load of it in every class. You feel exhausted and refreshed at the end of each class. Next the training itself. Each class is a perfect combination of friendly and tough training. The instructors encourage and push you harder if you are doing good at the same time help you catch up if you are struggling. Their passion and dedication of the instructors towards students clearly comes across in each interaction. They are very attentive. Once I bent my wrist punching bags. It’s very minor and unnoticeable. I was just one among 20 others but Scott immediately noticed and suggested a punching technique so that it doesn’t hurt again. Master Bolthouse is the best. You can see that he enjoys teaching a lot. Keeps us on our toes throughout the class. His teaching style enables you to refine TKD skill and increase your stamina along with a lot of fun doing exercises, punching and kicking in each class. Ms. Michelle, Mr. Jones and Mr. Green are awesome and friendly. They help you even if you are shy and don’t ask help yourself. Class strength is perfect. Its big enough for you to have an interesting session and not so big that you feel left out. Belt tests are fun to watch. Last but not the least, Saturday classes. This is a unique experience in itself. Kind of like finding a secret waterfall after a daylong hike. I wish I can attend every Saturday class but I go on lot of weekend hikes so cannot do that. You take away a lot in a 1-1 interaction with Master Kevin. I attended a couple of introductory classed at one more school and just wanted to try this school out before taking a final decision. I am so glad I did that. Looking forward to a long term collaboration with the school.
